Payment Methods

Credit Card payments are accepted via www.paypal.com or www.bidpay.com. Money orders and cashiers checks are also welcome. Personal checks are accepted however item will not be shipped until the check has cleared which is usually 10 days from the day of deposit.

I try very hard to give you an accurate description of each item along with a good visual image with quality photos. I want you to be as informed as possible about the item in this auction before you bid. Starting bid prices are a Fixed Auction Price and well below retail.

As an avid horse enthusiast myself, I completely understand the financial burden owning and completing in horse related events can bring. This is why I strive to bring you the best equipment I can at a modest price. If you can’t find what you are looking for please drop me a note with details and I will join you in the search.

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 2 business days upon receipt of payment (10 days on orders paid by Personal check). I prefer to ship via UPS Ground within the USA. (UPS does not ship to PO boxes) I can also ship USPS Priority Mail Service if need be within the US. All international orders will be shipped via USPS Air with insurance and appropriate shipping rates will apply. All shipments are insured for the full value for loss or damage. I package all items carefully to protect them during shipping. However damaged items do happen so if this would happen to you PLEAE SAVE ALL boxes and packaging materials in the case of a damage claim. Not be able to produce these materials will void an insurance claim and any chance of a refund or exchange on the item.

Return Policy

I have a 5 day return policy on all items unless noted. Any item must have a return authorization from me before being returned and MUST be returned in new condition NOT used. Any items returned without authorization and in used condition will be rejected for refund. Items are fully insured against loss or damage. Save ALL boxes and packing and present them to UPS OR USPS for inspection on an insurance claim. REMEMBER, UPS and USPS are not just interested in the damaged item, THEY REQUIRE the boxes and packing materials also be presented. Please DO NOT ship a damage item directly back to me as that will void the insurance claim and any chance of a refund or exchange on the item. Please be aware of what you are bidding on. Cash refunds are only given in the extreme case the item is misrepresented or defective and I do not have another one to replace it. No cash returns because of sizes or color (please be aware of the size and color you need before bidding). Returns will be honored for store credit only. Because of the deadline ebay has for the sellers recouping any auctions fees on auctions that we refund, there is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS on auctions that are 30 day + old.
